COMPENSATION
?Base Pay is targeted to be
competitive with the market, maintain internal fairness and consistency and
will be complemented by other attractive benefits that make up he total
compensation package.
?Employee performance is reviewed
annually with merit increases granted as appropriate.
HEALTH AND
WELLNESS
Medical Insurance provided by
Health Net HMO
? Covers preventative care, such as
physical exams and immunizations, and provides coverage for vision and
prescriptions drugs.
? 50 Percent of the premium cost is
company-paid.
? All employees who work a minimum of
30 hours per week or more are eligible to enroll; coverage is effective the
first of the month following three months from the employee?s hire date.
Dental & Life Insurance
provided by AIG
? Covers preventative, basic and
major services.
? $10,000 Life and AD&D Insurance
included in coverage.
? 100 percent of the premium cost is
company-paid.
? All employees who work a minimum of
30 hours per week or more are eligible to enroll; coverage is effective the
first of the month following three months from the employee?s hire date.
Option to Purchase Supplemental
Insurance provided by Aflac
? All FCP employees are eligible to
enroll in voluntary insurance options; coverage is effective the first of the month
following three months from the employee?s hire date.
