SHIPPING - FCP Groton Online Car Parts Distributor Domestic Shipments (within the US) As FCP broadens its customer base and product line, we have a variety of shipping options for our different types of buyers in different parts of the world. FCP is a worldwide distributor and we have an integrated system on our websites that will adjust your shipping rates according to your location. Regardless of where you are located, FCP strives to deliver you the quality car parts you need safely and in a timely fashion. This company standard will allow you to perform the maintenance you need quickly and effectively so you can put your car, or your clients cars, back on the road with maximum confidence. The shipping charges vary depending on the weight of the order, where you live in relation to us, as well as how quickly you need the order. To figure out the shipping charge, please add the items you need to the shopping cart and continue to check out. We do offer FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on all orders being shipped within the Continental United States, no minimum purchase required and no code needed at checkout. Please note, when Standard Shipping is selected, the order is subject to the full, advertised 7-10 business day delivery time. If you need your order sooner, we recommend you consider UPS or USPS shipping options. UPS Ground delivery is anywhere from 1-5 business days (Monday thru Friday) and Priority Mail is anywhere from 1-3 business days. Please be aware that we do not typically recommend Priority Mail for heavier items as it is generally not cost effective for heavy items. • None of the UPS services that we offer deliver packages on Saturday or Sunday. If you place an order on Friday for overnight delivery, you will not get your package until Monday. The same goes for 2 Day air and 3 Day Select shipments. If you place an order on Thursday for 2 Day air, you can expect your package on Monday. • If you select USPS Priority mail as an option, the typical delivery time is 1-3 days but it is not guaranteed. • Most orders placed after 2PM Eastern time will be shipped the following day. We do not ship out orders on Saturday or Sunday (most orders placed over the weekend will be shipped on Monday) Canada We ship items to Canada using the UPS World Ease program. UPS World Ease is a special program that allows our customers to pay one specific price based on the orders weight and size, on their shipping. We gladly prepay taxes, duty fees, and brokerage fees to Canada only when items are shipped from our Old Saybrook warehouse - this does not include items being drop shipped. Additionally, it is important to note that we only ship items to Canada on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, pending the UPS holiday schedule. International Shipments The shopping cart will automatically compute the shipping charge for your order. Please add the items you need to the shopping cart and continue to check out to view the shipping options. Transit times will vary depending on your location as well as the amount of time it will take your country to process the order thru customs. You may or may not be charged a duty (tax) on your order. We do not handle this tax, your local customs agency will handle that and charge you the correct amount of duties if they should be appropriate. |
